If you require assistance, our qualified staff will provide you with expert guidance. And now we have opened the Unity LGBT Centre and the Unity Identity Centre - Transgender Support we can now offer a lot more services. We're looking forward to working with you!
Unity Group Wales is also a proud representative on the Welsh Government’s Hate Crime Independent Advisory Group.
Campaigning activities play an important part in the work we do to achieve our goal of improving life for everyone who identifies as LGBT. It’s important we speak out about policies that can affect the lives of people. But in doing so we must make sure that we act in a way that doesn’t imply Unity Group Wales is for or against any one political party.
We need to influence policy across the whole of the UK, in the UK parliament, the Welsh Government and local authorities. At each of these levels of government, the balance of political power is different. In order to be able to influence those in power it’s vital that the Unity Group Wales charity both acts impartially, and is seen to be impartial.
